I partner with organizations in the corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors to design programs that enrich the individuals behind their mission-critical work. I build strong strategic partnerships with clients to deeply understand their people and organizational context. Whether supporting a small team with employee engagement and well-being or guiding a corporation in enhancing its social responsibility initiatives, I collaborate closely with organizations to design customized programs and workshops. From one-time interventions to long-term initiatives, I tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of their talent, teams, and overall organization. I am focused on fostering supportive and resilient environments that lead to higher engagement, stronger collaboration, and thriving workplace cultures— driving measurable business impact and lasting value.
With a Master's Degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and over a decade of experience at the intersection of corporate responsibility, social services, and education, I have designed and delivered programs for organizations such as Starbucks Coffee Company, Fringe Arts, and Temple University.
As a teaching assistant, I have led recitation groups for some of the world’s leading scholars in Positive Psychology, including Martin Seligman and James Pawelski at the University of Pennsylvania, Scott Barry Kaufman at Columbia University, and most recently to second and third-year law students at the Penn Carey Law School with John Hollway.
In 2020, I joined Starbucks to lead the Outreach Worker Program which increased access to social services through public-private partnerships in 8 cities nationwide. I also served as Manager of Corporate Training and Volunteering at Broad Street Ministry where I led educational programming for volunteers on trauma-informed services, equipping them with the skills to serve Philadelphians experiencing homelessness and deep poverty with compassion and dignity. I hold a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and have extensive training in human-centered design and reporting.
