I partner with corporate, nonprofit, and government organizations to enrich the individuals driving their mission-critical work. Through engaging workshops, leadership training, and customized consulting, I help teams build personal and professional well-being, strengthen communication skills, and foster a thriving workplace culture.
Since receiving a Master's Degree in Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) from the University of Pennsylvania, I have designed and facilitated workshops and tailored programs for organizations including Starbucks Coffee Company, FringeArts, and Temple University. Check out these case studies to see my work in action!
Starbucks Coffee Company:
Starbucks' coffeehouse leaders and baristas were challenged with not having the skills or expertise to meet the needs of unhoused individuals utilizing their cafes to meet their basic needs. To equip employees with the skills and confidence to build rapport, strengthen their teams, and connect individuals with local resources, I implemented an ongoing volunteer partnership with Broad Street Ministry. The partnership was so successful it led to tailored consulting services.
Fringe Arts:
Artists performing at the Fringe Festival often struggled with engaging the public while using shared spaces. To address this, I delivered an interactive trauma-informed de-escalation training focused on communication, body language, self-awareness, and mutual support. After the training, 96% of participants reported feeling better equipped to de-escalate challenging situations.
